About Ted Folkman

For nearly twenty years, Ted Folkman has helped people and companies through business, commercial, real estate, and other disputes, from advising to negotiation to trial to appeal. I have wide experience in Boston civil litigation, representing companies and institutions across many industries and representing individuals or families. I have special experience in helping foreign lawyers and their clients get the evidence in the United States that they need to win their cases abroad and in related areas.

I speak and write frequently on private international law topics. I am active in my community, serving as the co-chair of the International Law Section of the Boston Bar Association, a member of the BBA’s Amicus Committee, and a trustee of Congregation Kehillath Israel in Brookline, Mass.
