This new action, if it is filed, raises the possibility of Letters Blogatory worlds colliding: I have been covering the Argentina sovereign debt cases as well as the Lago Agrio case. Is there some other pressure Chevron can bring to bear on Argentina, as it has with Ecuador before the US Trade Representative?
