I would like to inform you of two lectures.
The first one, to be held on September 21 at my university, the University of Rouen, is organized by Fabienne Jault Sseke and David Robine and will deal with the European law of insolvency proceedings. There will be three roundtables. The first roundtable, chaired by Professor Jocelyne Vallansan of the University of Caen, concerns the change of the initial rules. The second, chaired by Professor Paul Le Cannu of the Ecole do droit de la Sorbonne, concerns the adoption of new rules. The third, chaired by Professor Gilles Cuniberti of the University of Luxembourg, concerns the point of view of other member states of the European Union. This is the second conference on this topic that Fabienne Jault and David Robine have organized. The first one took place on May 11, 2004 and was entitled The International Effect of Bankruptcy: A Reality?
